At this year’s festival, she will feature her imaginative children’s book, Jaxon Discovers Dimension Z. The story follows young Jaxon during a visit to his grandmother’s garden in South Carolina, where curiosity leads him into a forbidden tool shed—and into a hidden dimension. There, he encounters an otherworldly creature on a secret mission. Bound by trust and friendship, Jaxon must navigate challenges far beyond his experience while keeping his discovery to himself. The novel invites young readers into new worlds while gently emphasizing kindness, courage, imagination, and the power of compassion.
Through adventure and heart, Jaxon Discovers Dimension Z encourages children to expand their horizons—whether in the foods they try, the worlds they imagine, or the friendships they build.
